How to achieve a return and exchange

You have 30 days to change your mind, we take over or exchange the products.

The items must be in their original state and be unused.

They must be in their shoe box and having nothing stuck on it.

Attach a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

Returns to a delivery point

You can return your items by depositing your package at a delivery point.

The cost for a return request is 2,95 EUR which will be deducted from your refund.

If you performed purchase as registered you can request the return from the Returns section of your account.

If you performed buying as a guest, you can request it by accessing the link below.

Request a return label

Once you have requested the return, we will send you an e-mail with the instructions to complete the shipment.

Follow the instructions and deposit the return in the withdrawal point of your choice of the transport company that we have indicated to you.

Remember: you must send the items you wish to return before the deadline for return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund application. If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

There are certain situations where only a refund is refused:

- Products with obvious signs of use.

- Damaged packaging no longer allowing re-commercialization of products.

- Any item which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which has certain deficiencies (laces, accessories,...) for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you do not keep the original packaging, you will be able to return your order in another cardboard packaging protecting the return, and seal it well to avoid loss of items.

Attach the delivery note or enter your name and order number.

Especially do not seal the shoe box with sticky paper, if you are afraid it will open during transport, you can put an elastic or pad the cardboard with paper.

If you have received the return label, it is necessary to print it in order to return your order to the delivery point.

Especially in the spirit of ecology and profitability, you can return items from different orders in the same shipment. To do this, attach all the items you want to return regardless of the order they belong to, and continue the return request process until the end.
